Los Angeles 2 Server maintenance

Our Los Angeles 2 server will undergo maintenance during a period of time estimated at 3 hours. This maintenance is scheduled to take place on Thursday, February 3rd from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM EST. During this maintenance window, the server will not be available for a period of 30 minutes to 3 hours and calls will be re-routed through a backup server. Our apologies for any inconvenience you may experience as a result.

Automatic Billing

Our Automatic Billing is currently experiencing an issue where the payments are taking longer than usual to be processed. We are already working to fix this issue and we’ll update this tracker as soon the case is resolved.

Amsterdam POP affectation

We have received reports about network hiccups on our Amsterdam server. We are currently investigating this.

During this time, incoming calls, outgoing calls, and registrations may be affected.

SMPP and SMS to SIP services maintenance

On Thursday, January 6th, we will perform scheduled maintenance on our SMPP and SMS-to-SIP services from 11:00 PM to 11:30 PM EST.

During this maintenance period, both services may experience some interruptions. Please notice that the regular SMS services (via the SMS web portal and Customer portal) will still be available and will experience no interruptions.

Our denver2.voip.ms server will undergo maintenance during a period of time estimated at 1 Hour.

Our other servers will remain unaffected. This maintenance is scheduled to take place on Thursday23 from 23:00 to 00:00 EST.

During this maintenance window, the servers will not be available and calls will be re-routed through backup servers.

Amsterdam 1, NL Server

Our Amsterdam 1, NL server is currently unreachable. Our team has engaged the data center to learn more about this issue and we will post updates as they come.

Atlanta 3 Server Maintenance

Our Atlanta 3 server will undergo maintenance during a period of time estimated at 1 hour.

This maintenance is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, December 21st from 11 PM to 12 AM EST.

During this maintenance window, the server will not be available and calls will be re-routed through a backup server.

Inbound Calls Canada – Localized Areas

We have received various reports of inbound calls not connecting to some specific area codes from Ontario when calling from providers like Telus and Bell. We have escalated this case to our upstream carrier in order to obtain more details. We’ll post additional updates as they come.
