On Thursday, January 3rd, we will perform a planned maintenance on our Los-Angeles-1 and Los-Angeles-2 servers (losangeles1.voip.ms, losangeles2.voip.ms) from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM EST (6:00 PM to 7:00 PST). During this maintenance window, all calls and DNS will be rerouted to our San-Jose servers (sanjose1.voip.ms and sanjose2.voip.ms respectively) so you can keep using our services while our Los-Angeles-1 and Los-Angeles-2 servers remain offline for a period of up to 60 minutes.
If you are using our Los-Angeles-1 and Los-Angeles-2 domain names (losangeles.voip.ms, losangeles1.voip.ms, losangeles2.voip.ms), this maintenance will be completely transparent for you. If you, however, are registering using the IP address of the servers, you will need to make manual adjustments on your phone systems and network so that they can connect to our San-Jose servers.
