We’ve hit customer capacity for our current servers earlier than expected. We preemptively increased our server count, but automatic provisioning for new customers isn’t yet connected – if you need to order a new plan, service, or make modifications to your current account (changing settings / passwords, increasing of extensions etc), please contact our support team at email@example.com and we’ll manually provision / change your account for you. Please make sure to send the email from an email associated with your account so our ticketing system will know where to route the request.
Furthermore, we’ve taken this opportunity to update our customer platform, you’ll notice a new interface when you login. You can still access our old platform by clicking the ‘Connect’ button in your My Account page. Since we’re migrating data and functionality away from that platform its functionality is limited.
